To a Quiet Place

…He said to them, “Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest” (Mark 6:31).

Refresh the weary

It’s that time of year—a time to step away from regular responsibilities and to seek rest and renewal. Heart Undivided will take a brief hiatus, but I look forward to returning in a few weeks with new perspective and fresh creativity.

In the meantime, I invite you to hang around and explore Heart Undivided and then to hop over to intheQuiver.com for fresh and insightful articles on parenting, home arts, recipes, devotionals, and more!

My family joins with yours in praying for those in the path of Hurricane Harvey. Over the coming months of recovery, may we all look for practical ways to put our faith in action. What an opportunity to teach our children and grandchildren to pray for others and to reach out to those in need.

Let’s also continue to pray for each other—for strength and courage to keep a Jesus heart each day.

You are loved and appreciated!

Joyfully,

Leigh Ann 🙂
