About Leigh Ann

Jesus follower, wife, mom, grammy, writer, and speaker, Leigh Ann Thomas loves to motivate others to reach higher and to seek God’s best. She has penned three books, including Ribbons, Lace, and Moments of Grace—Inspiration for the Mother of the Bride (Lighthouse Publishing of the Carolinas). A columnist for AlmostAnAuthor.com and InTheQuiver.com, she has also written for Just18Summers.com, ChristianDevotions.us, and Power for Living. She is a contributing author in 10 books and her work is included in three editions of Southern Writers Magazine’s Best Short Stories. 

Leigh Ann is also the author of Time Out: A Quiet-time Devotional for Busy Moms (Barbour), and Go Ye Therefore: Dramas for Today’s Church (New Hope). She is a contributing author for the following books: Stupid Moments (Grace Publishing), The Mighty Pen (Chalfont House), Thanks, Mom (Barbour), God’s Word for Women (Barbour), Just Call Me Mom (Barbour), God’s Rainbow Book (Xulon), The Imaginary Stage (Church Street Press), Sharing the Hope-Dramas with a Message (South Carolina Baptist Convention), Spotlight on Stewardship (Stewardship Development Association, SBC), and 52 Dramatic Moments for Worship and Ministry (Church Street Press).

She has written and performed with the CrossWalk Drama Ministry for 20 years and continues to be involved with the drama ministry at her home church, Cool Springs Baptist in Sanford, NC.

Leigh Ann is married to her sweetheart, Roy, and they are thankful for the gifts of three daughters, two sons-in-law, three amazing grandsons, and a grand-princess. 🙂
